TERMS

Daily Challenge is a free game. Every day there is one challenge: the same game, the same map and the same seed for everyone, and a single run per person. The board closes at midnight (Mexico time).

· By playing you accept these rules. If you don't agree, don't play.

· One attempt per person per day. Retries only with a ticket earned in the game.

· Scores are not submitted: what you send is the list of keys you pressed, and the server replays the run. A score that cannot be reproduced does not count.

· No automating play, tampering with the client or creating accounts to pad the board. We may delete such scores or accounts without notice.

· Your player name and score are public on the daily board. Pick a name you don't mind showing.

· The game is provided as is, with no warranty. It may change, break or go away. We are not liable for anything that follows from not being able to play.

· The games are from-scratch tributes to arcade classics. Trademarks mentioned belong to their owners, who neither sponsor nor endorse this site.

· The site may show ads. What advertisers do with your data is governed by their own policy, not ours.

· These terms may change. The version in force is always the one on this page.
