THE SCREEN

It used map 2 of the 2 that MISSILE CMD has. It was played at level 4, with the same seed for everyone: the same enemies and the same pieces in the same order.

THE MUSIC

Eine kleine Nachtmusik (Serenata n.º 13, KV 525), primer movimiento, W. A. Mozart, 1787.

'A little night music'. Mozart entered it in his catalogue in 1787, and nobody knows what occasion he wrote it for.

It is in the public domain, transcribed to chiptune with square and triangle waves, the way it would sound on an Atari 2600.

ABOUT TODAY'S GAME

You move the crosshair with the D-pad and FIRE launches an anti-missile from the central base that explodes where the crosshair was. The blast destroys every missile it touches, so one well-placed ball can take several.

You get 20 anti-missiles per wave. On high waves the missiles split in the air. You lose when no city is left.

· Cities are the score: 100 per city at the end of every wave, wave after wave. Losing one is not losing 100 points, it is losing 100 for every wave you have left.
